Fabricate two guards by using 25 mm (1 inch) thick steel. Refer to illustration 2.

Assemble 199-8417 Plate (3) and 199-8418 Plate (6) to the two fabricated plates (1) and (2). Assemble the plates by using 1A-2029 Bolts (4) and 9M-6527 Hard Washers (5). Assemble the plates around the track roller frame.

Weld the two guards (1) and (2) that were fabricated to the track roller frame. Use a 6 mm (.24 inch) fillet weld in order to weld the guards.
Paint the new guards. Repeat this procedure for both sides of the machine.
