Remove the belt from the engine.

Remove bolts (1) and pulley (2) .
Remove two bolts (3) and install Tooling (A) .
Remove remaining bolts (3) and spacer (4) .
Attach a suitable lifting device onto vibration damper (5) . The weight of vibration damper (5) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb). Remove vibration damper (5) from the adapter.Installation Procedure

Install Tooling (A) in the adapter.
Attach a suitable lifting device onto vibration damper (5) . The weight of vibration damper (5) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb). Position vibration damper (5) on the adapter.
Install spacer (4) and bolts (3) . Remove Tooling (A) .
Install remaining bolts (3) . Tighten bolts (3) to a torque of 135 20 N m (100 15 lb ft).
Install pulley (2) and bolts (1) .
Install the belt on the engine.

Install pulley (2) and bolts (1) .
Install the belt on the engine.
