Installation of Lubrication Distribution Valve Gp (24) and Locations of hoses (H), (J), and (K) (HL) denotes machine left side hose (H), (HR) denotes machine right side hose (H)
Install 321-7528 Lubrication Distribution Valve Gp (24) with four 8T-4195 Bolts (25) and four 8T-4121 Hard Washers (14) .Note: Hoses (H) (J) (K) are included in Lubrication Distribution Valve Gp (24). Position the hoses as indicated in Illustration 14.
Connect two 321-7513 Hose As (1) to 321-7528 Lubrication Distribution Valve Gp (24) .

Under side of ripper frame
Install two sets of one 124-0174 Clip (26), 8T-4136 Bolt (13), and 8T-4121 Hard Washer (14). Route one hose (H) through each clip.
Connect the two hoses (H) with two 4M-8973 Elbows (8) to the tilt cylinders as indicated in Illustration 14 and 15.

Path of Hoses (J) and (K) on lower ripper frame
Use Illustration 16 to route hoses (J) and (K) down to the lower portion of the ripper frame. A similar path should be used on both left and right sides of the frame for both right and left hoses.

Connect hose (J) to 4M-8973 Elbow (8). Install Elbow (8) to the lift cylinder as indicated in Illustration 17. Use Illustrations 17 and 18 to install 124-0174 Clip (26), 8T-4136 Bolt (13), 8T-4121 Hard Washer (14), 8T-9398 Bolt (11), and 267-0044 Plate . Route hose (J) through the clip. Repeat this step for the opposite side.

Install eight sets of one 9M-4995 Clip (5), 8T-4136 Bolt (13), and 8T-4121 Hard Washer (14). There are four locations on each side of the ripper frame. Illustration 19 shows three of the locations. Route both sides of hoses (J) and (K), through these clips.

Connect the two hoses (K) with two 4M-8973 Elbows (8) .
Operate the ripper and check for interference between the ripper tilt hoses and the autolube pump. If necessary, reorient the ripper hoses to avoid this interference.
Purge the system before operation.Purging the System
The system may repeatedly malfunction after the reservoir has been emptied. In this case, the grease lines must be purged. Use the following procedure in order to purge the lines:
Ensure that there is enough grease in the reservoir.Note: Before opening the system, it is important to check if pressure remains in the system.
Remove the plugs from the distribution blocks that are at the end of every branch of the lubrication system.
Turn on the engine start switch.
Press the test button for at least 6 seconds.Note: Since the plugs are removed, no grease pressure will build up. When the maximum time expires for the system to pump, the system will automatically move to the other grease line. This process is repeated until the engine start switch is turned off.
