Install a suitable lifting device on jaw (4). The weight of jaw (4) is approximately 32 kg (70 lb). Position jaw (4) on the work tool.

Install pin (6). The weight of pin (6) is approximately 32 kg (70 lb).

Install nut (5). Use Tooling (A) to tighten nut (5) to a torque of 300 50 N m (221 37 lb ft). After you torque nut (5), back off nut (5) until the nearest set of holes are aligned. Install the two bolts and the washers that secure nut (5) to the housing.

Install a suitable lifting device to cylinder (3). Position cylinder (3) on the work tool.

Install pin (2). The weight of pin (2) is approximately 14 kg (31 lb).

Install nut (1). Use Tooling (A) to tighten nut (1) to a torque of 300 50 N m (221 37 lb ft). After you torque nut (1), back off nut (1) until the nearest set of holes are aligned. Install the two bolts and the washers that secure nut (1) to the jaw.
