Remove the bucket. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bucket - Remove".

Position stick (1) onto suitable cribbing.
Release the hydraulic system pressure. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hydraulic System Pressure - Release".

Remove nuts (2), bolt (3), and pin (4). Remove any shims that may be present.

Remove nuts (7), bolt (5), and link (6). Remove any shims that may be present.

Remove pin (9), link and bearing assembly (10), and link (8).

Use Tooling (A) in order to remove bearings (11) and (12) from link and bearing assembly (10). Installation Procedure

Lower the temperature of bearings (12) and (11). Use Tooling (B) in order to install bearings (12) and (11).

Position link and bearing assembly (10) and install link (8) and pin (9).

Install any shims that were present during the removal procedure. Install link (6), bolt (5), and nuts (7).

Remove stick (1) from the suitable cribbing. End By:
Install the bucket. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bucket - Install".
