Install Tooling (A) and remove bolts (1) and the washers from front guard assembly (2) .
Lower front guard assembly (2) with Tooling (A) and remove the front guard assembly. The weight of the front guard assembly is approximately39 kg (85 lb).

Install Tooling (A) and remove bolts (3) and the washers from middle guard assembly (4) .
Lower middle guard assembly (4) and remove the middle guard assembly. The weight of the middle guard assembly is approximately 57 kg (125 lb).Note: Middle guard assembly (4) is hinged at the frame of the equalizer bar. The middle guard assembly must be moved forward slightly in order to disengage the hinge.

Install Tooling (A) and remove bolts (6) and the washers from rear guard assembly (5) .
Lower rear guard assembly (5) and remove the rear guard assembly. The weight of the rear guard assembly is approximately 81 kg (180 lb).Installation Procedure

Place rear guard assembly (6) on Tooling (A). Raise rear guard assembly (6) into position. The weight of the rear guard assembly is 81 kg (180.0 lb).
Install the washers and bolts (5) to rear guard assembly (6). Tighten bolts (5) to a torque of 530 70 N m (391 52 lb ft).

Place middle guard (4) on Tooling (A) and raise the middle guard into position. The weight of the middle guard is 57 kg (125 lb).
Install the washers and bolts (3) to middle guard assembly (4). Tighten bolts (3) to a torque of 270 40 N m (199 30 lb ft).Note: Middle guard assembly (4) is hinged at the frame of the equalizer bar. The middle guard assembly must be moved backward slightly in order to install the hinge.

Raise front guard assembly (2) in position with Tooling (A). The weight of the front guard assembly is 39 kg (85.0 lb).
Install the washers and bolts (1) in order to secure front guard assembly (2). Tighten bolts (1) to a torque of 270 40 N m (199 30 lb ft).
