When you travel with a suspended load mode at 70 percent or more of the maximum operating radius, the monitor displays a warning for operating outside of the traveling with a suspended load range. Furthermore, the warning lamp will blink and the warning alarm will sound continuously because the rated load became 0.0 ton. In such a case, stop traveling, and move the machine in the direction where the center of gravity of the machine becomes stable or reduce the suspended load, to avoid the warning.

When the suspended load reaches 90 percent of the rated load, the monitor displays the 90 percent of load warning. Furthermore, the warning lamp will blink and the warning alarm will sound intermittently. In such a case, stop the lifting operation, and move the machine in the direction where the machines center of gravity becomes stable or reduce the suspended load, to avoid the warning.

When the suspended load reaches 100 percent of the rated load, the monitor displays the 100 of load warning. Furthermore, the warning lamp will blink and the warning alarm will sound continuously. In such a case, stop the lifting operation, and move the machine in the direction where the machines center of gravity becomes stable or reduce the suspended load, to avoid the warning.

When the lifting height is too high and the bucket and the wire may contact each other, the monitor displays the wire contact warning. Furthermore, the warning lamp will blink and the warning alarm will sound. In such a case, stop the lifting operation, and lower the boom or retract the arm, to avoid the warning.

When the boom cylinder is extended to the point near the extended stroke end, the monitor displays the warning for operating outside the boom operation range. Furthermore, the warning lamp will blink and the warning alarm will sound intermittently. In such a case, lower the boom to avoid the warning.

Press shovel crane button (6) in order to deactivate the shovel crane mode. Shovel crane status indicator (7) will turn off and a Crane System Stopped indicator will be displayed on the monitor before returning to the standard monitor screen. The bucket is now unlocked. Position the stick so that the stick is perpendicular to the ground and slowly lower the boom until the bucket contacts the ground.Remove retaining pin (3) and return hook (4) to the stored position.
