A FT-1114 Vacuum Cap 1 Note: Check the O-ring seals, the gaskets, and the seals for wear or for damage. Replace the components, if necessary.

Install the O-ring seals onto connectors (9), (7), and (5). Install connectors (9), (7), and (5) into control manifold (1).
Install O-ring seals onto tee (8) and elbow (10). Install elbow (10) onto connector (9). Install tee (8) onto elbow (10).

For photographic purposes, the cab has been removed.

Position control manifold (1) and install bolts (2).
Connect hose assemblies (4) and hose assemblies (3). Connect the harness assemblies (not shown).

Remove Tooling (A).
Purge the pumps and brakes. Refer to Testing and Adjusting, "Gear Pump (Brake, Hoist, Hydraulic Fan) - Purge". End By:
Install the right side engine panels. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Sound Suppression - Remove and Install".
