Assembly Procedure
Note: Check the O-ring seals for wear or for damage. Replace the components, if necessary.

Install O-ring seals (13) and backup ring (14) onto check valve (8).

Install O-ring seals (11) and backup rings (12) onto solenoid valve (7).

Install O-ring seals (9) and backup rings (10) onto solenoid valve (3).

Install check valve (8) into control manifold (4). Tighten check valve (8) to a torque of 47 2.7 N m (35 2.0 lb ft).
Install solenoid valve (7) into control manifold (4). Tighten solenoid valve (7) to a torque of 27 1.5 N m (20 1.1 lb ft).
Install coil (6) and install nut (5). Tighten nut (5) to a torque of 6 0.6 N m (53 5.3 lb in).
Install solenoid valve (3) into control manifold (4). Tighten solenoid valve (3) to a torque of 48 2 N m (35 1.5 lb ft).
Install coil (2) and install nut (1). Tighten nut (1) to a torque of 11.5 2 N m (101.8 18 lb in). End By:
Install the control manifold. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Control Manifold (Exhaust Diverter, Hydraulic Fan) - Install".
