Connect 15 hose assemblies (25) to the boom.

Connect two grease lines (24) to the boom.

Attach a suitable lifting device and a hoist to the guard. Position the guard to the right hand enclosure. The weight of the guard is 610 kg (1345 lb). Install eight bolts (23) and the washers that secure the guard to the right hand enclosure.

Install four bolts (22) and the washers that secure the fan guard to the right hand enclosure.

Install two bolts (21) and the washers that secure the guard to the right hand enclosure. Install three bolts (20) and the washers that secure the guard to the right hand enclosure.

Install six bolts (19) and the washers that secure the guard to the right hand enclosure.

Remove two bolts (17) and the washers from the clips. Position plates (18) to the clips. Install two bolts (17) and the washers that secure two plates (18) to the clips.

Pull harness (16) through the top of the guard. Connect two electrical connection to lamps (15).

Connect two hose assemblies (13) to makeup valve (14). Install the bolt, the washer, and the clamps that secure hose assemblies (13) to the guard. Connect hose assembly (12) to the elbow.

Attach a suitable lifting device to fan motor (8), to bracket (9), and to fan (10). Install the fan assembly to the guard. The weight of the fan assembly is 189 kg (415 lb). Install eight bolts (11) and the washers that secure the fan assembly to the right hand enclosure.

Connect three hose assemblies (7) to fan motor (8) .

Attach a suitable lifting device and a hoist to guard (5). Install guard (5). The weight of guard (5) is 90 kg (200 lb). Install six bolts (6) and the washers that secure guard (5) to the right hand enclosure.
Attach a suitable lifting device and a hoist to guard (3). Install guard (3). The weight of guard (3) is 114 kg (250 lb). Install eight bolts (4) and the washers that secure guard (3) to the right hand enclosure.

Attach a suitable lifting device and a hoist to ladder (1). Install ladder (1). The weight of ladder (1) is 33 kg (75 lb). Install six bolts (2) and the washers that secure ladder (1) to the right hand enclosure. End By:
Install the boom cylinders. Disassembly and Assembly, "Boom Cylinder - Install".
Install the stick. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Stick - Remove and Install".
Install the stick cylinders. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Stick Cylinder - Install".
Install the bucket cylinders. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bucket Cylinder - Install".
