Information:

1. Remove regulator housing (1) from expansion tank. 2. Remove two water temperature regulators (2) from housing.3. Remove the seals from regulator housing.Install Water Temperature Regulators (Marine Engine)
1. Put clean engine oil on lip of seal. Use tooling (A) to install seal in housing (1) with lip of seal away from regulator.2. Install two temperature regulators in housing. 3. Install regulator housing (1) on expansion tank (2).end by: a) install expansion tankRemove Water Temperature Regulators (Industrial Engine)
1. Remove coolant from the engine.2. Disconnect radiator hose from the regulator housing. 3. Remove bolts (1) and pipe (2). 4. Remove bolts (3) and regulator housing (4).5. Remove regulator and seal from the housing (4).Install Water Temperature Regulators (Industrial Engine)
1. Put the clean engine oil on lip of seal. 2. Use tooling (A) to install seal in housing with lip of seal away from regulator. 3. Install the regulator in the housing. Put regulator housing (1) in position on cylinder head and install the bolts.4. Install pipe and the bolts. Connect radiator hose to regulator housing.5. Fill the engine with coolant to correct level.
