(1) Locknut (2) Bolt (upper limit)
Loosen locknut (1), back the upper limit bolt away from the pedal assembly to ensure that the bolt is not in contact with the assembly.
Turn upper limit bolt (2) until the bolt contacts the pedal assembly.Note: The bolt should start to force the pedal downward.
Turn the upper limit bolt 3/4 to 1 1/4 additional turns.
Tighten locknut (1) in order to secure the upper limit bolt.

With the pedal in the full UP position, adjust the cable jam nuts so that the brake valve spool is fully depressed.Note: Some adjustment may be required on the end of the cable or the ends of the rod to ensure that the cable mounting bracket is not deformed.

(3) Locknut (4) Bolt (lower limit)
Loosen locknut (3), turn the bolt inward in order to ensure that the brake valve spool can be fully extended.
Depress the brake pedal until the brake valve spool is full extended.
Turn lower limit bolt (4) until the bolt head contacts the pedal assembly.
Release the brake pedal.
Continue to turn lower limit bolt (4) outward an additional 1/2 to 3/4 turn.
Tighten locknut (3) in order to secure the lower limit bolt.
