1. Remove four truss head screws (1) from bezel (2). Remove VIMS message module (3) from right instrument console (4). 2. Disconnect wiring harness (5) to VIMS message module (3) at the electrical connections. Remove the miniature lamps from VIMS message module (3) at connection (6). The following steps are for the installation of the VIMS message module. Check all components for wear or damage and replace if necessary. Apply 1U-6396 O-ring Compound to all O-ring seals prior to installation, if applicable.3. Connect wiring harness (5) at the electrical connection to VIMS message module (3). Put connectors (6), for the miniature lamps, in position to VIMS message module (3).4. Put VIMS message module (3) in position to right instrument console (4). Install four truss head screws (1) to bezel (2).
