Information:
Implement ECM Software:
The new software will impart the following improvements, enhancements, additions, or support:
Improvement to the payload estimator feature to provide increased accuracy during double dig sequences when the bowl is placed on the ground during an uncommon work cycle or while the bowl is placed on the ground when the machine is not moving.
Improvement to the activation logic of the CID 1952 FMI 02, (Chassis Angle Sensor - Erratic, Intermittent, or Incorrect) diagnostic code in order to minimize unnecessary activations when the key start switch is turned ON.
Improvement to support an "Implement Power Limiting" feature. The intent of this feature is to reduce the occurrence of tractor engine stalls under loaded conditions when the machine travel speed is decreasing and implement movement is commanded by the operator.
Enhancement to the functionality of the "Cushion Hitch" feature that will allow the full travel of the leveling valve to be utilized.
Enhancement to the "Ejector Kickout Pressure" threshold. This change is intended to provide improved ejector performance when the material composition requires slightly more pressure to initiate material movement during the dumping cycle.

Implement Valve viewView is of the Implement Valve on the right side of tractor, looking forward. (1) Bowl Cylinder Head End Pressure Sensor connector (2) Bowl Cylinder Rod End Pressure Sensor connectorNote: After updating the software on machines that are equipped with the Payload Estimator feature, if the payload value reads zero when the bowl is loaded, there is a possibility that the machine harness connectors are switched for the Bowl Cylinder Head End Pressure Sensor and the Bowl Cylinder Rod End Pressure Sensor. Refer to Illustration 1 for details. The harness connector with the 861-PU signal circuit on pin 3 should be connected to the Bowl Cylinder Head End Pressure Sensor (1). The harness connector with the 860-PK signal circuit on pin 3 should be connected to the Bowl Cylinder Rod End Pressure Sensor (2).
Added software support that will allow the operator to adjust the ground line setting when using the "Load Assist" feature.

"Load Assist" button
Using the Tool Automation Keypad, follow the steps below to set the ground line setting for the "Load Assist" feature:
Park the machine on level ground with the engine running and engage the Parking Brake.
At the Tool Automation Keypad, press the "Load Assist" button (refer to Illustration 2). The left-hand LED above the button will illuminate.
Lower the cutting edge to ground level. Press and hold the "Load Assist" button for 3 seconds.
Both LEDs above the button will flash and then the left-hand LED will illuminate steady to indicate that the ground line has been set.
If an error occurs during this procedure, the left-hand LED will flash for 6 seconds. If the left-hand LED flashes for 6 seconds, repeat the process. The programmed ground line setting will remain in memory during machine shutdowns and start ups.The ground line setting is a characteristic of the machine and cannot be associated with specific operator profiles. The default ground line setting is set when the machine is shipped.
