Control Valve For All Wheel Steer
Illustration 3 g00569171
Control Valve For All Wheel Steer (1 ) Right solenoid valve for Independent Rear Maneuvering, (2) Left solenoid valve for Independent Rear Maneuvering, (3) Thermal relief valve, (4) Port to metering pump (steering), (5) Test port T, (6) Solenoid valve for circle steer, (7) Port to left side of front steering cylinder, (8) Test port 1, (9) Valve for pilot poppet, (10) Solenoid valve for shutoff, (11) Solenoid valve for lock, (12) Valve for Pilot poppet, (13) Port to tank, (14) Output port for signal oil to bank valves for loader control and (15) Inlet port for signal oil from bank valves for backhoe controlThe components that follow are components for the control valve for all wheel steer. Two valves for pilot poppet in the normally open position (9), four valves for pilot poppet in the normally closed position (12), valve for circle steer (6), thermal relief valve (3), lock valve (10) and a check valve.

Schematic for the control valve for all wheel steer (1) Right solenoid valve for Independent Rear Maneuvering, (2) Left solenoid valve for Independent Rear Maneuvering, (3) Thermal relief valve, (4) Port to metering pump, (5) Test port T, (6) Solenoid valve for circle steer, (7) Port to left side of steering cylinder for the front, (8) Test port 1, (9) Valves for pilot poppet, (10) Solenoid valve for lock, (11) Solenoid valve for shutoff, (12) Valve for pilot poppet, (13) Port to tank, (14) Line for the output port for signal oil to bank valves for backhoe control, (15) Line for the signal oil for the inlet port from bank valves for the stabilizers, (16) Rear steering cylinder, (17) Spring loaded resolver, (18) Resolver and (A) Pump supply line .The control valve contains two resolvers (17) and (18). The resolver (17) is spring loaded. Resolver (17) compares the signal from line (14) and the signal pressure from resolver (18). Resolver (17) allows the higher pressure to be sent into the resolver network and back to the pump controller. If a stabilizer valve or a valve in the loader section is being operated, signal oil is sent through line (15) to resolver (17). If there is no signal oil from the steering circuit that acts against resolver (17), the spring forces the ball that is in the resolver to remain seated.Since the ball is seated, signal oil from the loader section can flow into line (14). The oil flows to the resolvers in the bank valves for the backhoe section and back to the pump controller.Three valves are operated by solenoids in order to allow the rear axle to be controlled independently from the front axle while the machine is in the All Wheel Steer mode. Shutoff valve (11) blocks the supply oil that flows through line (A) while you operate in the other two modes. In the mode for All Wheel Steer, the shutoff valve shifts to the right. This allows supply oil to flow to
