All bores must be free of paint. Use 5P-0960 Grease Cartridge in order to coat all bores for the pins, the bushings, the bucket, and the cylinder pin bores. After you assemble the bushings coat all the bores and the bushings with 5P-0960 Grease Cartridge.
1 As required, use the following shims in order to adjust the lateral clearance between minimum of 0.5 mm (0.02 inch) to the maximum of 0.8 mm (0.03 inch):
1 133-2425 Shim Thickness is 0.5 mm (0.02 inch).
1 7Y-2498 Shim Thickness is 1.6 mm (0.06 inch).
2 1 216-2149 Pin As Diameter is 79.950 0.025 mm (3.1476 0.0010 inch).
3 2 8T-4780 Bolt Torque to 325 40 N m (240 30 lb ft).
4 1 216-2148 Pin Diameter is 89.740 0.015 mm (3.5331 0.0006 inch).
5 As required, use the following shims in order to adjust the lateral clearance between minimum of 0.5 mm (0.02 inch) to the maximum of 0.8 mm (0.03 inch):
1 133-2426 Shim Thickness is 0.5 mm (0.02 inch).
1 093-0084 Shim Thickness is 1.0 mm (0.04 inch).
1 093-0116 Shim Thickness is 2.0 mm (0.08 inch).
6 6 8T-4956 Bolt Torque to 100 20 N m (74 15 lb ft).
7 2 4I-0453 Bushing Bore before assembly is 80.25 0.02 mm (3.159 0.001 inch).
Installation depth is 7.5 0.5 mm (0.30 0.02 inch).
8 2 096-0854 Lip Type Seal Lubricate the sealing lip of the lip type seal lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.
9 1 111-8443 Pin As Diameter is 79.85 0.04 mm (3.144 0.002 inch).
