Heat-induced burns can occur when some people use a seat heater. Do not use the seat heater if you have a reduced ability to sense temperature changes, a reduced ability to feel pain, or have sensitive skin.
Note: Adjust the seat for a different operator or at the beginning of each shift.The operator should be seated against the seat backrest. Adjust the seat so that the operator is allowed full travel of the foot controls.Seat Adjustment

Headrest (1) - Move the headrest up or down in order to adjust the vertical height of the headrest. Move the top of the head rest forward or rearward in order to adjust the angle of the headrest.
Seat Cushion Tilt (2) - Lift the handle in order to adjust the angle of the seat cushion. Move the handle slightly forward and up or slightly rearward and down. Release the handle in order to lock the seat cushion into the desired position.
Fore/Aft Adjustment (3) - Lift the handle in order to move the entire seat forward or backward. Release the handle in order to lock the seat into the desired position.
Ride Indicator (4) - The ride indicator will indicate optimum quality of the ride. With your weight on the seat, the white indicator bar should be in the green zone. If the white indicator bar is in a red zone, adjust the height adjustment accordingly.
Height Adjustment (5) - In order to move the seat downward, pull out the knob. In order to move the seat upward, push in the knob.Note: The engine start switch must be turned to the ON position in order to increase the height of the seat.
Seat Cushion Extension (6) - Lift the handle in order to slide the seat cushion forward or rearward. Release the handle in order to lock the seat cushion into the desired position.
Damper (7) - Lift the handle in order to decrease the firmness of the ride. Push down on the handle in order to increase the firmness of the ride.
Backrest Angle (8) - Lift the handle in order to release the locking mechanism for the backrest. Move the backrest to the desired position and release the handle in order to lock the backrest in position.
Armrest Angle (9) - Rotate the knob on the bottom of each armrest in order to adjust the angle of the armrest when the armrests are lowered.
Heated Seat Switch (10) (If Equipped) - Press the top of the switch in order to heat the operator seat. An indicator light on the switch will illuminate when the heated seat switch is on. Press the bottom of the switch in order to turn off the heated seat.
Lumbar Support (11) - Turn the knob in order to increase or decrease the amount of support to the lower back. The lumbar knob is located on the rear of the backrest.
