Hydraulic modulation aggressive mode (monitor display)
Select the hydraulic modulation mode as aggressive. Press the lower front switch on the left joystick to select the hydraulic modulation mode.
The air conditioning should be turned off for the following test.
Lower the left console.
Creating main pump pressure higher than 38,000 kPa (5,512 psi) for more than five seconds may damage the machine.

Joystick (thumb slider)
For pressure on port "A", move the thumb slider on the left joystick to the left position and read the pressure on the pressure gauge that is connected to the load sensing signal pressure tap. Refer to Table 1 in this manual for the correct pressure.
For pressure on port "B", move the thumb slider on the left joystick to the right position and read the pressure on the pressure gauge that is connected to the load sensing signal pressure tap. Refer to Table 1 in this manual for the correct pressure.
If the line relief valve pressure is not set to the proper specification, refer to "Adjustment Procedure".Adjustment Procedure
Personal injury or death can result from sudden machine movement.Sudden movement of the machine can cause injury to persons on or near the machine. To prevent injury or death, make sure that the area around the machine is clear of personnel and obstructions before operating the machine.

Second high-pressure auxiliary valve
(7) Line relief valve (port B)
(8) Line relief valve (port A)
Remove the cap from the line relief valve that is being adjusted.
Loosen locknut on the line relief valve.
To avoid damage to the hydraulic components, do not turn the main relief valve adjustment screw into the stop.
Turn the adjustment screw on the line relief valve clockwise in order to increase the pressure. Turn the adjustment screw on the line relief valve counterclockwise in order to decrease the pressure.Note: A quarter turn of the adjustment screw will equal approximately 4,000 kPa (580 psi).
Repeat
