Removal Procedure
Start By:
Connect steering frame lock.
Remove cab.
Drain the water from the water tank into a suitable container for storage or disposal. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manualfor the correct procedure for the correct draining and filling procedures.

Disconnect harness assemblies (1) .

Remove spacer (2) and shim (3) . Repeat for opposite side.

Disconnect hose (4) . Repeat for opposite side.

Disconnect hose (5) . Repeat for opposite side.

Use suitable cribbing to take pressure off pin assembly (6). Remove pin assembly (6) and reposition upper link (7) out of the way.

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to tank (8) . The weight of tank (8) is approximately 113 kg (250 lb). Remove tank (8) .

Loosen nuts (9) on eye bolt (10) .

Disconnect straps (11) . Use two people to remove water tank (12) . The weight of water tank (12) is approximately 32 kg (70 lb).Installation Procedure
Install water tank (12) in the reverse order of removal.
The dimension from frame bracket to the end of eyebolt (10) should measure 32.5 2.5 mm (1.28 0.10 inch).
