1. Disconnect power to the lamp group.
Make sure that power to the lamp group has been disconnected before proceeding any further. Failure to do so might result in injury.
2. Disconnect the cab harness assembly from the lamp group. Remove the lamp group from the existing 7I-5237 Bracket Assembly. Existing hardware should be saved.3. Cut the two wires leading to the lamp group at approximately 50.0 mm (1.97 in) from the sure seal connector, as shown in Illustration 3. Splice 330.0 mm (12.99 in) of 5P-0658 Electrical Wire 16 Gage (3) (not serviced) onto each of the two wires.4. Remove existing 7I-5237 Bracket Assembly and install new 135-3847 Bracket Assembly (1) using existing hardware. Resolver manifold has to be removed from the existing bracket assembly to install new bracket assembly.5. Install 135-3803 Bracket Assembly (2) to new 135-3847 Bracket Assembly (1) using existing hardware.6. Install lamp group to 135-3847 Bracket Assembly (1). Reconnect sure seal connection to lamp group using 9G-9151 Clip (4). Use 3S-2093 Cable Straps (5) as needed.7. Turn power back ON.
