Installation Procedure
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Note: Apply a thin layer of clean engine oil to all of the O-ring seals and the bores of each adapter.

Place the new gaskets and aftercooler housing (10) in position. Install bolts (11) and bolts (7).
Install the gasket and the aftercooler core.
Install the gasket, aftercooler cover (9), and bolts (8).

Install inlet manifold temperature sensor (6) on aftercooler (1). Connect the harness assembly.
Install a new gasket, the O-ring seal, and the adapter to aftercooler (1).
Connect elbow assembly (5) to aftercooler (1).
Install bolts (4).

Install a new gasket, the O-ring seal, the adapter, and tube assembly (2) on aftercooler (1).
Install bolts (3). End By:
Install the carburetor.
Install the gas pressure regulator.
