3412 Industrial and Generator Set EnginesDescription of Change: A change has been made to the mechanical shutoff groups for 3408 Industrial Engines, and 3412 Industrial and Generator Set Engines. Two clamps are added to one group, and a clip to the other group, as shown in the illustrations. These give more support to prevent vibration of the pressure oil lines. Formerly, some conditions of operation caused enough vibration of the lines to cause cracks in the tubes.Adaptable To: All earlier engines so equipped. The new parts shown in the chart can be installed as shown in the illustrations.
