2. Lift corner of sliding floor and remove bolts (3), bracket assembly (1) and shims (2).3. Remove rust and dirt from all the parts. Install shims (2) and bracket assembly (1). Tighten bolts (3) to a torque of 265 35 lb.ft. (36 4 mkg).Disassemble And Assemble Carrier Rollers
1. Remove nut and lockwashers and key (3) from shaft (8) and remove shaft from bracket (5).2. Remove seal (1), spacer (6), ring (2), bearing (7), shaft (8) and roller (4).3. Assemble roller by first heating bearing (7) in oil to 275°F (135°C) and install bearing on shaft.4. Install seal (1) with lip of seal toward threaded end of shaft.
