(1) Zero degrees (2) Degrees of rotationNote: Actuator motor (4) is part of the water valve assembly. This motor is actuated when the operator changes the setpoint by pushing INCREASE or DECREASE on the temperature selection switch. Refer to "Initialization" for further information.Note: Actuator motors (1), (2) and (3) function similarly. Refer to Systems Operation, "Actuator Motor (Damper Assembly)" for schematic information.Note: The 220-0171 Heater and Air Conditioner Gp uses the control signal that comes from the control panel. The signal will indicate the direction of travel and the stop position.Operation of the Automatic Temperature Control mode (ATC)
Automatic temperature control switch If the heater or the air conditioning unit is in the ON position, the label for the automatic temperature control is "AUT". This causes the control module to enter the automatic mode of operation. In order to maintain the temperature of the cab at the setpoint, the control module performs the following steps:
The temperature of the cab is read.
The speed of the blower motor is controlled.
The position of the water valve is controlled.
The A/C compressor is controlled. If the control module receives a second "AUT" code for temperature control, the control module initiates the following steps:
The water valve will close.
The air conditioner will stop providing cool air.
The fan speed will remain at the present level set by the automatic mode.In the application for only heat, the controller changes to the automatic mode of operation if you push the "AUT" button. In order to maintain the temperature of the cab at the set point, the controller performs the following steps:
The controller retrieves the temperature of the cab from memory.
The controller controls
