Introduction
This Special Instruction provides the necessary parts and installation instructions required to modify the heater circuit wiring to keep the fan motor from operating with the engine shut down. This modification may be made to all E120B Excavators listed above.Do not perform any procedure outlined in this publication or order any parts until you have read and understood the information contained within.Parts Needed

Remove the screw used to mount existing 094-4522 Horn Relay (D) from the inner wall of console box (10). Install 099-1453 Support (6) and existing horn relay (D) as shown in View C-C with existing screw.2. Install 094-4522 Relay (7) to support (6) with 8T-6411 Screw (8) and 7X-3395 Washer (9).3. Install new 102-6866 Harness Assembly (5) into console box (10). Clamp harness (5) together with existing console harness (4), using eight existing clamps that are in console box (10). See Illustration 2.

Connect Connector (M) of harness (5) to relay (7). See Illustration 3.6. Disconnect heater switch connector (N1) from console harness (4) connector (N2).7. Connect connector (P1) of harness (5) to connector (N1).8. Connect connector (P2) of harness (5) to connector (N2).
