Remove bolts (20), elbow (19), and the O-ring seal.
Remove two adapters (16) and O-ring seal (17).
Remove two adapters (18) and the O-ring seal.

Attach a suitable lifting device to the lifting brackets on aftercooler core (21).
Remove the aftercooler core from the housing. The weight of the aftercooler core is approximately 26 kg (57 lb).
Remove O-ring seals (22).

If necessary, remove bolts (24) and the washers. Remove aftercooler housing (23).

Remove three bolts (1).
Remove bolt (2) and the plate.
Remove tube assembly (3) and the gasket.

Remove bolt (5) and the plate.
Remove tube assembly (6) and the gasket.

Remove four bolts (7) from elbow (8) on the front of the aftercooler.
Remove four bolts (9) from elbow (10) on the front of the aftercooler.

Remove two bolts (11) and the washers from bracket (12) on the right side of the aftercooler.

Remove bolt (13) from the bottom of the aftercooler on the right side.

Remove two bolts (14) and the washers from bracket (15) on the left side of the aftercooler.
Remove bolt (16) from the bottom of the aftercooler on the left side.

Remove four bolts (17) and the washers from the bottom of the aftercooler.

Remove bolt (18) and clamp (19). Position the hose assemblies to the front of the aftercooler.

Use a lifting device at location (A) to remove aftercooler (20) with brackets (12) and (15). The weight of the aftercooler, the brackets, and the remaining coolant is approximately 43 kg (95 lb). Note: Some coolant will remain in the aftercooler after the coolant is drained. Make sure that the inlet for the coolant is kept higher than the opposite end. This will minimize the spillage of coolant.

Remove O-ring seals (21) from elbows (8) and (10).
