Light Bar Information Is Inconsistent
The light bar cut/fill indications do not agree with the cut/fill information on the display. These indications also do not agree with the movement/orientation of the bucket.
Check the light bar location. Return each light bar to the location in which the light bar was originally configured. The light bars were configured for a specific location on the machine and have been reinstalled in a different location.
In the "Service" mode, go to the "Setup menu / Installation / Lightbar Connections" screen. Make sure that the light patterns for the light bars are correct. Refer to Illustration 1. If the light patterns are not correct, either move the light bars so that the light pattern is obtained, or disconnect all but one light bar and press "Set/Invert" as required until the light bar pattern matches. Disconnect this light bar, connect the next light bar in a different location and press "Set/Invert" as required. Continue until all of the light bars are reconfigured. Reconnect all of the light bars in the proper locations and verify the lighted pattern.

If you are in "Normal" mode, turn the system off and on. When the light bars first start, the lights chase each other up the bottom light bar, left to right across the horizontal light bar and then down the top light bar. The light bars then flash all of the LEDs twice in order to ensure that all of the LEDs are working.Incorrect Light Bar Sensitivity
The horizontal and/or vertical light bar indications are too sensitive or not sensitive enough. The horizontal and/or vertical "Light Bar Scales" values need to be adjusted.
Go to the "Setup menu / Configuration / Lightbar Scales" screen. Enter the required value in the field, or press the "Default" soft key in order to set the default values. Use the "Half" soft key or the "Double" soft key in order to halve or double the tolerance value. This option is available in the "Operator" mode and the "Service" mode.
