2. Remove the four screws that hold deflector housing (2) to the air conditioner and heater unit frame. Loosen screw (1) holding the cable control clamp. Remove two nuts (3) holding thermostat (4) to the frame. 3. Remove clip (5) holding cable control (6) to the thermostat.4. Put identification marks on wires (7) for correct installation. Remove the wires. Remove thermostat probe (8) from the evaporator. 5. Install the thermostat probe into evaporator (9) 230 2 mm (9.05 .08 in.). Connect the wires to the thermostat.6. Fasten the thermostat to the frame with the two nuts. 7. Install the cable control under the clamp. Adjust the cable so that the thermostat has full travel. Tighten the cable clamp screw.8. Fasten the deflector housing to frame (10) with the four screws.9. Fasten the passenger cushion to the air conditioner and heater unit with the two bolts.
