start by:a) remove fan and fan drive 1. Remove four bolts (1), hub (2) and the gasket from the fan drive assembly. 2. Bend the edges of lock (4) away from bolts (3).3. Remove two bolts (3), lock (4) and washer (5) from the fan drive assembly. 4. Put tooling (A) in position on the hub. Remove pulley assembly (6) from the bracket assembly. 5. Remove two spacers (8) from bracket assembly (7). 6. Install tooling (B) on bearing (9). Remove bearing (9) from the bracket assembly. Remove the seal from the bracket assembly.7. Put tooling (C) in position on the pulley assembly. Remove bearing (10) with tooling (C). 8. Remove grease fitting (14) from hub (12).9. Remove bolts (13) and make a separation of pulley (11) from hub (12).Assemble Fan Drive
1. Install pulley (1) on hub (2). Install the bolts that hold the pulley on the hub. 2. Install grease fitting (3) in the hub.3. Use a press and tooling (A) to install bearing (4) in the hub.4. Use tooling (A) and a press to install lip type seal (5) in the hub. Make sure the seal is installed with the lip up. Put clean engine oil on the lip of the seal. 5. Put bracket assembly (7) in position under the pulley assembly as shown. Use a press and tooling (B) to install pulley assembly (6) on to the shaft of the bracket assembly. 6. Install spacers (9) and (8) over the shaft. 7. Use a press and tooling (C) to install bearing (10) in the hub. 8. Install washer (12), the lock and bolts (11). Tighten the bolts and bend the edge of lock up against the bolt. 9. Install hub (13) and the bolts that hold it in place.end by:a) install fan and fan drive
