Install spacer (30) in the inside diameter of piston (29) .

Use a screwdriver to slightly depress spool (25). Use a soft faced hammer to drive pin (26) into valve (11) .

Install retainer (22), spring (23), and spring (24) on spool (20). Install retainer ring (21) .

Install spring (19) and spool (20) in valve (11) .

Install two retainers (17) and spring (18). Install retainer ring (16).

Place the O-ring on valve (11). Place cover (13) on valve (11). Install the bolts that hold cover (13) .

Install manifold (6) on valve (11) .
Install bolts (9) in manifold (6). Tighten the bolts to a torque of 30 4 N m (22 3 lb ft).
Install the O-ring seal on plug (10). Install plug (10) in manifold (6) .
Install two connectors (8) on manifold (6) .

Place manifold (3) and wiring harness (7) on manifold (6) .
Install bolts (5) that hold manifold (3). Tighten the bolts to a torque of 30 4 N m (22 3 lb ft).
Install the bolts in the clamps that hold wiring harness (7) .

Perform the following steps in order to assemble the solenoids.
Install cartridge (1) in manifold (3). Tighten the cartridge to a torque of 50 5 N m (37 4 lb ft).
Install coil assembly (2), the washer, and the nut on cartridge (1). Tighten the nut to a torque of 9 .5 N m (80 4 lb in).
Install electrical connector (4) in the support clip.
Repeat Step 35.a through Step 35.c for the remaining solenoid valves.End By: Install the transmission hydraulic control valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly Manual, "Transmission Hydraulic Control Valve - Install".
