Attach a suitable hoist, Tooling (B) and lifting chains to Tooling (A) , as shown.

Loosen hose clamps (35) . Remove hose assembly (36) .

Disconnect two hose assemblies (37) and (38) .

Remove bolts (39) from the filter assembly.

Disconnect hose assembly (40) from the bracket.
Remove clip (41) .

Disconnect hose assembly (42) from the rear of the hydraulic tank.

Remove two grease lines (43) and (44) .

Remove two mounting bolts (46) on the left side. Remove the two mounting bolts from the right side.
Remove four bolts (47) from the mounting bracket on the left side. Repeat this procedure for the opposite side.

Remove mounting bracket (48) from the transmission. Repeat this procedure for the opposite side.

Remove rear mounting bolt (49) . Repeat this procedure for the opposite side.

Remove four bolts (50) and mounting bracket (51) . Repeat this procedure for the opposite side.

Note: Prior to removal of the transmission, make sure that all lines, hoses, tubes, and wire harnesses that are connected to the transmission assembly have been disconnected.
Use the hoist and Tooling (B) in order to carefully remove the transmission and transfer gears (52) as a unit. The weight of the transmission assembly is 1420 kg (3130 lb).

Tilt the transmission assembly with Tooling (B) in order to provide clearance for the parking brake during removal.
