PROBLEM
The existing 352-8368 Plate Assembly can become loose and rotate out of position on certain 416F, 420F, 422F, and 430F Backhoe Loaders. If the existing plate assembly rotates out of position it will cause the kickout system to not function. The kickout system automatically dumps the loader bucket slightly to inhibit material in the bucket from spilling on the hood during high lifts.
