Remove exhaust manifold (1) and the gaskets from the engine. The weight of the exhaust manifold is 61 kg (134 lb.).5. Do Steps 2 through 4 for the opposite side of the engine. The following steps are for installation of the exhaust manifolds.

The gaskets can be fastened to the exhaust manifold ports with tag wire, or short 3/8"-16 NC studs can be used as guide bolts for alignment at the engine.7. Put 5P3931 Anti-Seize Compound on the threads of the bolts, and install them to hold the exhaust manifolds to the cylinder head assemblies. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 55 7 N m (41 5 lb.ft.).8. Do Steps 6 and 7 for the opposite side of the engine.9. Put the exhaust manifold shields in position, and install the bolts that hold them in place.End By:a. install turbochargers
