26. Disconnect hose assemblies (50) and (51) from air starter (49).27. Disconnect ground wire (52) from the engine. 28. Remove the bolts that hold steering block (53), and move the block away from the engine for clearance purposes. 29. Remove the bolts and drive shaft guard (54). 30. Remove bolts (63), and disconnect the drive shaft from the torque converter.31. Disconnect hose assemblies (57), (59) and (62) from the lockup clutch valve.32. Disconnect hose assembly (60) from the torque converter inlet relief valve.33. Disconnect hose assemblies (55), (56), (58) and (61) from the torque converter housing. 34. Disconnect hose assembly (65) from steering pump (64). 35. Remove the two bolts and bracket (66) from the flywheel housing. 36. Remove the bolts and drive shaft guards (67). 37. Remove the bolts that hold drive shaft (68) in position, and remove the drive shaft. 38. Remove the bolt and clip (72).39. Loosen the hose clamps that hold hose (69) in position, and move the hose away from the engine.40. Disconnect hose assembly (70) from the brake oil diverter valve.41. Remove clips (71) that hold hose assembly (70) in place. Move the hose assembly away from the engine. Disconnect cable (73) from engine (if equipped) 42. Remove two bolts (75) and cap (74) from the left rear engine support. 43. Remove two bolts (76) and cap (77) from the right rear engine support. 44. Fasten a hoist to the engine. Remove the bolts that hold front support assembly (78) to the frame. Remove the engine from the machine. The weight of the engine is 7030 kg (15500 lb.).Install Engine
1. Fasten a hoist to the engine. Put the engine in position in the machine. Install the bolts that hold front engine support (1) to the frame. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 475 50 N m (350 37 lb.ft.). 2. Put caps (3) and (4) in position on the rear engine supports, and install bolts (2) and (5). Tighten the bolts to a torque of 475 50 N m (350 37 lb.ft.). 3. Put hose assembly (6) in position on the flywheel housing, and install three clips (7) and the bolts to hold it in place.4. Connect hose assembly (6) to the brake oil diverter valve.5. Connect tachometer cable (8) to the tachometer drive.6. Put the hose assembly and clip (10) in position on the flywheel housing, and install the bolt that holds them in place.7. Put hose (9) in position, and tighten the hose clamps that hold it in place. 8. Put drive shaft (11) in position, and install the bolts that hold it. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 55 5 N m (41 4 lb.ft.). 9. Put guards (12) in position, and install the bolts that hold them. 10. Put the hoses and bracket (13) in position on the flywheel housing. Install the bolts that hold them in place. 11. Connect hose assembly (15) to steering pump (14). 12. Connect
