Park the machine, lower the cutting edge to the ground, and turn OFF machine power.
Place a vacuum on the hydraulic tank to minimize the loss of oil.

Remove existing tee fitting (A) and 183-7264 Fluid Sampling Valve As (B) from the back of the hydraulic tank (C). Save fluid sampling valve assembly (B) and discard tee fitting (A) .
Replace the existing tee fitting (A) with 6V-9007 Elbow, 6V-9746 O-Ring Seal at the hose connection, and 3D-2824 O-Ring Seal on the manifold block.

Remove 437-8923 Tube As (D) and 437-8924 Tube As (E) routed front of the hitch. Discard both tube assemblies.

Install new tee (1) to the existing elbow on the hitch bulkhead bracket, using O-ring seal (2). Orient tee (1) as shown in Illustration 3. Install dust cap (3) to other end of tee (1) .
Install 183-7264 Fluid Sampling Valve As (B) that was saved in Step 3 to a new location, onto tee (1) using O-ring seal (4). Refer to Illustration 3.

Install new tube assembly (5) to the bottom of tee (1) using O-ring seal (2). Route tube assembly (5) to the side of the manifold on the left-hand side of the hitch. Attach the end of tube assembly to existing elbow (F) using O-ring seal (2) as shown in Illustration 4.

Install new tube assembly (6) on top of the hitch using O-ring seal (2) to the bulkhead elbow. Route tube assembly (6) down to the top of the same manifold on the hitch. Attach the end of tube assembly to existing elbow (G) using O-ring seal (2) as shown in Illustration 5.
Complete installation by installing the rubber saddle blocks back in place on the hitch.
Before returning the machine to service, verify that the oil level is correct.
