Information:

Put identification marks on all hoses prior to disconnection for assembly purposes. Cap or plug all openings as each hose is disconnected.1. Disconnect hoses (1), (2), (3) and (4). 2. Disconnect hoses (6), (7) and (8) from the implement oil cooler.3. Remove the bolt securing hose clip (5) to the oil pan. 4. Disconnect hose (9).5. Loosen hose clamp (10), and remove hose (11) and elbow (12) as a unit. 6. Loosen hose clamp (18) and disconnect hose (17).7. Put identification marks on two wires (13) and disconnect the two wires.8. Remove two bolts (15) and the washers, and remove disconnect switch bracket (14).9. Remove tie strap (16). 10. Disconnect fuel line (19) from the fuel filter and fuel line (20) from the fuel injection pump.11. Disconnect governor linkage (23) at both ends and remove the linkage.12. Remove bolt (22) and remove hose clamp (21). 13. Disconnect wiring harnesses (24), (25) and (26). 14. Disconnect wiring harnesses (28) and (29).15. Put identification marks on wires (27) as to their location on the starter. Disconnect the wires from the starter.16. Put identification marks on the wires as to their location on the solenoid (30). Disconnect the wires from the solenoid. 17. Remove the two floor plates located in front of the dash panel.18. Remove two bolts (33) and the washers, and remove support (36).18. Disconnect hoses (34) and (35).19. Remove covers (31) and (32). 20. Disconnect wiring harnesses (37). 21. Fasten tooling (A) and a hoist to the engine and torque converter assembly. 22. Remove line (39).23. Remove rear engine mounts (38). 24. Remove mounting bolts (40) and the washers from the front engine support.
Check to be sure all lines, hoses, and wires are disconnected and out of the way before removing the engine and the torque converter.
25. Remove the engine and the torque converter as a unit from the machine. Weight of the unit is approximately 2340 kg (5200 lb).
