Attach a suitable lifting device to tilt cylinder (7) . The weight of tilt cylinder (7) is approximately 220 kg (485 lb).

Use a suitable lifting device to support Tooling (A) , as shown. The weight of Tooling (A) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb).
Use Tooling (A) in order to remove pin assembly (8) .

Use a suitable lifting device to support Tooling (B) , as shown. The weight of Tooling (B) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb).
Use Tooling (B) in order to remove rear pin assembly (9) .
Use a suitable lifting device to remove the tilt cylinder from the machine. The weight of the tilt cylinder is approximately 220 kg (485 lb).Installation Procedure

Lubricate the threads of nut (3) and tighten nut (3) to a torque of 8000 400 N m (5900 295 lb ft).
Apply Tooling (K) to the wiper seal groove prior to assembly.
Lubricate the sealing lips of seals (7) , (8) , and (9) with the lubricant that is being sealed.
Tighten bolts (4) to a torque of 1050 50 N m (774 37 lb ft).
Install bearing sleeves (1) and (5) to a depth of 9.5 0.5 mm (0.37 0.02 inch) from the face of the bore.Note: Do not use an impact type driver to install the bearings.
Lubricate seals (2) and (6) with the lubricant that is being sealed.Note: The lips of seals (2) and (6) must not protrude above the face of the bore.
