Description of Change: There have a number of isolated instances of issues with the compressor wheel for the turbocharger. If there are issues with the compressor wheel, the turbocharger may seize. This may cause the machine to lose power and the machine may emit black smoke. These issues with the compressor wheel are shown in illustration 1 and illustration 2.
