Remove the radiator grill and the right hand panel for the engine enclosure.
Disconnect harnesses (A) for the AccuGrade on the inside of the radiator guard. Refer to Illustration 1.

Remove plate assembly (B) with harnesses (A) and the electrical connectors.
Disassemble harnesses (A) and the electrical connectors.

Dimension (D) is from the front edge of the radiator guard. (C) 70 mm (2.756 inch) (D) 184.79 mm (7.275 inch)
Drill two 11 mm (0.433 inch) holes (E) in the top surface of the radiator guard. Refer to Illustration 3.
Reassemble harnesses (A) with the connectors to the new plate assembly (B) .
Install plate assembly (B) onto the radiator guard with the two original bolts. Do not tighten the bolts at this time.

Install two bolts (3) and two washers (1) through the two new holes in the plate assembly.
Install two nuts (2) and two washers (1) onto new bolts (3). The bottom of bolts (3) can be reached through the hole that is used for routing accugrade harnesses (A) .
Tighten all four bolts for the plate assembly that has been reworked. Refer to Illustration 4. Harnesses (A) have been removed for clarity.
Reconnect harnesses (A) inside the radiator guard and secure harnesses (A) with new tie straps. Refer to Illustration 1.
Reinstall the grill and the right hand panel for the engine enclosure.
