When you are using hydraulic cylinders and puller studs, always ensure that the rated capacity of the puller stud meets or exceeds the rated capacity of the hydraulic cylinder. If the puller stud does not meet or exceed the rated capacity of the hydraulic cylinder, a sudden failure of the puller stud could occur. The sudden failure of the puller stud could result in personal injury or death.

Use Tooling (C) in order to install bearing (8) . Bearing Surface (X) must be installed even with the Housing Surface (W) .Note: The grooves in bearing (8) must be installed horizontally.

Use Tooling (D) in order to install bearing (9) . Bearing Surface (Z) must be installed even with the Housing Surface (Y) .Note: The grooves in bearing (9) must be installed horizontally.

Attach a suitable lifting device to track roller frame (5) at the rear lifting point and the front lifting point.
Position track roller frame (5) . The weight of track roller frame (5) is approximately 1588 kg (3500 lb).

Install pin assembly (7) and bolt (6) .

Install O-ring seal (10) onto cover (2) .

Note: Never reuse bolts (3) . Replace bolts (3) with new bolts.
Apply Tooling (E) to bolts (3) . Position plate (4) and install bolts (3) . Tighten bolts (3) to a torque of 570 80 N m (420 59 lb ft).

Position cover (2) and install bolts (1) . Tighten bolts (1) to a torque of 270 40 N m (200 30 lb ft).

Use Tooling (A) in order to lower the front of the machine.

Use Tooling (A) in order to lower the rear of the machine.
Fill the oil reservoir for the pivot shaft. Refer to Operation and Maintenance, "Pivot Shaft Oil Level - Check".End By: Connect the track.
