Place blade (1) on Tooling (A).
Release the hydraulic system pressure.

Remove cover (2).

Loosen relief valve (3) to release the track tension.

Use suitable blocking to support the track.

Remove bolts (4) and track shoe (5).

Remove master links (6).

Use Tooling (B) and suitable lifting device to support track (7). Remove suitable blocking and reposition track (7) on the ground.Connecting Procedure
Connect track (7) in the reverse order of separation.
Apply Tooling (C) to the bores of master links (6).
Tighten master bolts (4) to a torque of 350 25 N m (258 18 lb ft). Then, tighten bolts (4) an extra 120 degrees. Refer to Undercarriage Reconditioning Bulletin , REHS2220 , "Installation and Removal of SystemOne Clamp Master " for more details.
Tighten relief valve (3) to a torque of 35 5 N m (26 4 lb ft).
For proper track adjustment refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Track - Check/Adjust".
