Test Preparation - High-Pressure Stall
Move the machine to a smooth, horizontal location that is away from operating machines and away from personnel.
Permit only one operator on the machine. Keep all other personnel away from the machine or in the sight of the operator.
Place the steering and transmission control lever in the NEUTRAL position.
Engage the parking brake.
Lower the attachments to the ground.
Stop the engine.

Remove cover (2).
Connect Tooling (B) to service tool connector (E1).
Turn the key to the ON position, but do not start the engine.
Verify that the implement shutoff control is in the UNLOCKED position.
Move the control levers through the full range of travel several times. This will relieve any pressure that may be present in the implement hydraulic system.
Make sure that the pressure in the entire hydraulic system has been released.
Open the access door on the left side of the machine.

Attach Tooling (A) to load sensing pressure tap (LS).Test Procedure - High-Pressure Stall
Start the engine and run the engine with the engine throttle knob at the HIGHEST position.
Warm up the hydraulic oil to 55° 10°C (131° 18°F).
Move the control lever to initiate a stall condition in the tilt cylinder.
Pressure reading for the pump discharge should be 24750 550 kPa (3590 80 psi).
If the pressure reading from Step 4 is not correct, perform the steps in "Adjustment Procedure - High-Pressure Stall".Adjustment Procedure - High-Pressure Stall
