Remove shim (75) and spring assembly (76) from barrel assembly (73).

Personal injury can result from being struck by parts propelled by a released spring force.Make sure to wear all necessary protective equipment.Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to release the spring force.
Use Tooling (D) and a suitable press to compress spring (79). Remove retaining ring (77).
Remove washers (78) and spring (79) from barrel assembly (73).

Remove swashplate assembly (80).

Remove slide (81) and bearing assemblies (82) from swashplate assembly (80).

Use Tooling (E) to remove retaining ring (84) from mounting flange assembly (67).
Use Tooling (F) to remove lip seal (85) from mounting flange assembly (67).

Use Tooling (E) to remove retaining ring (86) from mounting flange assembly (67).

Use a suitable press to remove shaft assembly (87) from mounting flange assembly (67).

Remove retaining ring (88). Use Tooling (G) and a suitable press to remove bearing (89) from shaft assembly (87).

Remove bolts (90), cap (91), and the O-ring seal from pump housing (64).

Remove nut (93) and bolts (92) from cover (94).
Use a soft faced hammer to tap adjustment screw (95) from the back side of the pump housing until the O-ring seal on cover (94) clears the pump housing.
Unscrew cover (94) from adjustment screw (95).Note: Count the number of revolutions required for removal for installation purposes.
Remove control piston (96) from pump housing (64).

Remove ring (97) and guide ring (98) from pump housing (64). Repeat for the opposite side.
