Position spool (41), reaction arm (40), washer (38), levers (37), and spring (38) into control block (31).
Install spring (36) and O-ring seal (35) onto eccentric pin (34).
Install eccentric pin (34) into control block (31). Install retainer (33) and bolt (32). Tighten bolt (32) to a torque of 5 1 N m (44 9 lb in).

Install O-ring seals (30), cartridges (29), coil assemblies (28), O-ring seals (27), and nuts (26).

Install gasket (25).
Position valve group (24) onto the pump housing. Install cover (23) and bolts (22).

Improper assembly of parts that are spring loaded can cause bodily injury.To prevent possible injury, follow the established assembly procedure and wear protective equipment.
Install O-ring seals (21), spool (20), and spring (19) onto valve assembly (18).
Use a M6 mm. x 1.0 bolt and a suitable press to install valve assembly (18) and retaining ring (17) into manifold (15).

Install O-ring seals (16) into manifold (15).

Install manifold (15) and bolts (14). Tighten bolts (14) to a torque of 51 5 N m (38 4 lb ft).

Install gear (13), gear (12), and O-ring seal (11) onto charge pump body (5).

Install clips (10) and (9) into adapter (4).

Install plate (8) and retainers (7) onto charge pump body (5). Install adapter (4).

Install charge pump body (5) adapter (4) and O-ring seal (3) into pump housing (6).

Install cover (2) and bolts (2). Tighten bolts (2) to a torque of 43 4 N m (32 3 lb ft).
Remove from Tooling (A) or suitable fixture.
