1. Fasten a hoist to ejector frame as a support. Remove top bracket (1). Remove shaft (2) and roller.2. Fasten a hoist to the ejector cylinder as a support.3. Remove bolts (4), lock and washers (3) and pin that fasten the rod end of ejector cylinder to the ejector.4. Move the ejector toward the rear of machine.5. Remove ejector using a hoist. Weight is 2200 lb. (998 kg).Install Ejector
TYPICAL EXAMPLE1. Put ejector (1) in position using a hoist.2. Start engine and use hydraulic controls to move rod of ejector cylinder toward front of machine.3. Install pin, washers, lock and bolts that fasten the ejector cylinder to the ejector.4. Install roller (2) and shaft that holds it.
