Apply 154-9731 Thread Lock Compound to the threads of the bolt.
Tighten the bolt to 200 N m (150 lb ft).
Back out the bolt for 180 degrees.
Again, tighten the bolt to 200 N m (150 lb ft).
Rotate the bolt to an angle of 31 2 degrees.
