Rework Procedure
Block Water Passage Inserting
It is solely the dealer responsibility to manufacture the inserts and install them per the attached drawings. The inserts should be manufactured from a high quality stainless steel material.

Install the inserts with chamfer towards block.
Machine the block water passages per the attached drawings.

The cylinder bores should be inserted per Reuse and Salvage Guideline, SEBF8255, "Procedure to Install Top Deck Liner Seat Inserts into Cylinder Blocks of 3500 Engines"
