During assembly, bolted joint surfaces, machined threads, bolts and washer must be clean, dry, and free of foreign material.    
1     4     395-8412 Bushing     Before assembly, bore is
40.08 to 40.11 mm (1.578 to 1.579 inch).    
2     2     395-8399 Bushing     Before assembly, bore is
80.21 to 80.24 mm (3.158 to 3.159 inch).    
3     2     395-8413 Bushing     Before assembly, bore is
80.21 to 80.24 mm (3.158 to 3.159 inch).    
4     40     4I-3628 Bolt     Use the following procedure to tighten bolt 1 to bolt 20 in the numerical as shown in the Illustration 1 on each side:
1. Before assembly, apply 395-9566 Lubricant to bolt threads and both sides of washer surfaces.
2. Hand tighten all bolts.
3. Torque to
109 4 N m (80 3 lb ft).
4. Again tighten the bolts to
244 8 N m (180 6 lb ft).
5. Finally tighten the bolts to
353 11 N m (26 8 lb ft).
