Support the lift arm assembly with a suitable device.

Remove clamp (1) and rubber bushing (2) from the lift cylinder. Disconnect hose assembly (3) in order to move the line aside.
Repeat Step 2 for the remaining lift cylinder.

Remove bolt (4) and move hose assemblies (5) aside.
Remove bolt (6), the washer and the spacer. Remove pin assembly (7) in order to disconnect the lift cylinder.
Repeat Steps 4 and 5 for the opposite side of the lift arm assembly.

Use a suitable lifting device to support rear lever assembly (8) .
Remove bolt (9), the washer and the spacer.
Use two persons in order to remove pin assembly (10). The weight of the pin assembly is approximately 41 kg (90 lb).

Use suitable cribbing (A) to support the rear lever and link assembly.
Secure the rear lever assembly to the rear link assembly, as shown.

Remove bolt (11) .

Remove bolts (12), the washers and plate (13) from the lift arm assembly.
Repeat Steps 12 and 13 for the opposite side of the lift arm assembly.

Disconnect grease line (14). Disconnect hose assemblies (15) .
Remove bolt (16) and the washer.

Disconnect grease line (17) .

Disconnect hose assembly (18). Repeat for the opposite side of the lift arm assembly.

Use a suitable lifting device to support lift arm assembly (19) .
Remove pin assembly (20). The weight of the pin assembly is approximately 37 kg (82 lb).Note: Lift arm assembly (19) will need to slide forward in order to clear the rear lever assembly.Note: When the lift arm assembly is moved forward, the lift cylinders will rest on the front frame. Move the hose assemblies aside. Refer to Step 2.
Remove lift arm assembly (19). The weight of the lift arm assembly is approximately 547 kg (1206 lb).

Remove lip seal (21) from the front of lift arm assembly (19). Repeat for the remaining lip seals on the front of the lift arm assembly.

Remove sleeve bearing (22) from the front of lift arm assembly (19). Repeat for the opposite side of the lift arm assembly.
Repeat Steps 22 and 23 for the rear of the lift arm assembly.
