Install the quick coupler group with the power link (B) by using the two cotter pins (C) and two pins (D), that were saved in Step 2 of Section "Rework Procedure for the New Routing".Note: Keep the cable strap (13) as loose as possible as it will be tightened at the end of the procedure.

Route the hose assembly (1), hose assembly (2), and hose assembly (3) over the first hose clip (M), then have them loop into the clip from the top as shown in Illustration 39. The order of the hose assemblies must be installed as shown in Illustration 39.

Route the hoses through the first hose clip (M) and into the second hose clip as shown in Illustration 40. Install the new four socket head screws (15) to secure the two hose clips (M), that were saved in Step 9 of Section "Rework Procedure for the New Routing".Note: Do not tighten the socket head screws (15).

Route the hose assembly (1), hose assembly (2), and hose assembly (3) through the triple clip (T) and connect the ends of the hoses to the respective machine side connectors on the stick as shown in Illustration 41. Install the bolt (R) and washer (S) to secure the clip (T), that were saved in Step 9 of Section "Rework Procedure for the New Routing".Note: Do not tighten the bolt (R).
Start the machine and slowly fully curl the quick coupler group. Ensure the hose assemblies are not pulled to tight, if so, stop the machine and adjust the hoses to provide more line length for full curl. Hose bend radius should be a minimum of 13 mm (0.5 inch).Note: A larger radius is desirable to increase the life of the hoses. Adjust the hoses until this is achieved.

Tighten the bolt (R) to a torque of 18 4 N m (159 35 lb in). Tighten the four socket head screws (15) to a torque of 6 1 N m (53 9 lb in).Note: Apply Loctite to the threads of four socket head screws (15).

Secure the hose assemblies with the two cable straps (11) on the hose bundle below the stick side clips, ideally where the hose bundle touches the bucket cylinder rod during curl. Install the two cable straps (11) as per dimensions shown in Illustration 43 and Illustration 44.

Tighten the cable strap (13) slightly if needed. Strap should
